Samuel Alan Hertzfield is the son of Bruce and Lori Hertzfield, and is the brother of Rachel, Louie, Melanie and Danny Hertzfield. He is the grandson of Norman and Clara Levine. Sammy attends Blue Valley Middle School. Sammy plays baseball and basketball. He is a Life Scout and enjoys camping. He loves his big dogs Brandy and Wesley. Sammy plays the trombone in the school band.. For his Bar Mitzvah project, Sammy has been working on erosion repair and building a small shed for the Mitzvah Garden. Friends and relatives are welcomed to join Samuel’s Bar Mitzvah on the Beth Shalom livestream.
